We need more public figures to help us communicate the need for equal pay and treatment for women around the world. Kristen Bell does a fantastic job with her humor to get the point out loud and clear. Charlize Theron has started a cause called Equal Pay For Women. We also need the women to know that they have rights in the workplace and can ask their employer for more pay and a job they feel best suited for if they know a man may be getting the same job. We also need women to form a tribe and support one another to gain the rights they deserve.
Women, you have PURPOSE in the world. And you deserve to be treated fairly in and out of the workplace! Form your tribes, raise your voices. You have the power!
