The word for 2013 – Engagement. This article talks about the importance of the CMO knowing how their employees are engaging at work via which devices as well as how video is the way to truly engage across the board – B2B, B2C, and again, internally with your own team of employees. With all of the noise out there and this era of what InformationWeek calls digital grazing, how you connect and engage is about once again truly connecting in a hard-wired way.
